To enter The T-Mobile Hothouse, go to the secure web site and put in your email address and password. You can use this password to get access to The T-Mobile Hothouse online pages. Access is free and you won’t have to pay any browsing charges if you access it from your T-Mobile phone.
As a member, we will contact you regularly and invite you take part in our surveys. You will also be able to participate in our weekly poll, interact with us and other members on the bulletin board, and let us know your thoughts directly in the Tell T-Mobile section.
As a member, you will be able to view all your details and keep them up to date in your profile area on the portal.
Every time you complete a survey or take part in the weekly poll we will enter you into our monthly and six monthly prize draws. We will also enter you in the prize draw every day you log in to The T-Mobile Hothouse online pages and contribute at least once to either the bulletin board or Tell T section. This means that the more times you interact with us and contribute to The Hothouse the more times you will be entered into our prize draws. We will let you know the details for the prize draws, and the prizes you can win, regularly.
At T-Mobile we have an ‘acceptable use policy’, which means we check the way you use The T-Mobile Hothouse to make sure it’s acceptable to us and others. If you post anything which is offensive, obscene, defamatory, illegal, a threat to national security, and/or infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, we may remove it and prevent you from using The T-Mobile Hothouse.
We appreciate that you may want contribute an idea, the expression of which might be protected by intellectual property law. If you have, or believe you have, any ideas that you intend to protect by copyright, design right, patent or other intellectual property right, please do not contribute them to The T-Mobile Hothouse. Also, if any of your ideas (and/or or the expression of them) are protected by copyright, design right, patent or other intellectual property right of anyone else, again please do not contribute them to The T-Mobile Hothouse.
Setting those issue aside, in return for your participation in The T-Mobile Hothouse, you agree that any ideas (and/or the expression of them) that you submit will be owned (to the extent permitted by law) by T-Mobile. To the extent that your ideas are incapable of being owned by T-Mobile, any contribution by you will be taken as your agreement to grant T-Mobile a royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use that idea for any purpose. You will not be given any payment for the contribution of ideas to The T-Mobile Hothouse.
You agree that if you become a member of The T-Mobile Hothouse you will be subject to obligations of confidentiality. You agree not to discuss the contents of any survey or anything to do with the activities, members or ideas of The T-Mobile Hothouse with anyone who is not a member. If you leave The T-Mobile Hothouse, this obligation of confidentiality will still apply to you until 6 months afterwards.
If you want to leave The T-Mobile Hothouse you can tell us by following the instructions on the online pages. If in our opinion you have not taken an active part in The T-Mobile Hothouse over a reasonable period of time, we may remove your access to The T-Mobile Hothouse. If we do this we will let you know.

To the extent permitted at law, we do not accept any responsibility for any statement made on this bulletin board. These do not necessarily reflect the views on T-Mobile, OTX Research or any other party related to this bulletin board. You must not rely on any statement we have published on The T-Mobile Hothouse without first taking specialist professional advice. We do operate an acceptable use policy; however, if anything on the bulletin board concerns you then we would be grateful if you would bring it to our attention at the Contact section.
